This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through our website: you may cancel any pending order before dispatch for a full refund; once the order has been shipped, your cancellation request will be processed as a standard return, which is subject to the rules outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests for confirmed fraud cases, custom-made items and perishable goods. For all apparel and fashion orders, you are eligible to submit a cancellation request within 24 hours after placing your order, before the items enter the packaging process; once the order is marked as "shipped", direct cancellation is no longer available, and you may arrange to return the items after delivery. Please note that customized or personalized clothing cannot be cancelled once its production process has officially started.
